Beforeyoubegin,makesureyouhavethefollowing:

 AnESX Server 3isystemthatisconnectedtoamonitorandkeyboardandpowered

on.

storagedevicesareconfiguredwithdefaults.Afterthehostcompletestheboot‐up

phase,thedirectconsoleappearsontheattachedmonitor.
