Enhanced Virtualization Suitability View With XenApp and ThinApp

Suitability

Virtualization suitability testing has been expanded to include not only testing for suitability to convert a

package to Microsoft App-V format, but also to convert to Citrix XenApp and VMware ThinApp formats.

You can view the results of virtualization suitability testing of an individual package on the new

Virtualization Suitability View, which is opened by selecting the Virtualization Suitability node

under a Windows Installer package in the Application Manager tree.

Issues are grouped into three categories: Fixable Issues, Serious Issues, and Automatically

Resolvable Issues by Repackaging.

If you click on one of the categories on the bars, a detailed report of those issues is displayed.
